Informativa sui rimborsi
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Spedizione
I tempi di spedizione standard sono di 48h ma nei periodi con più traffico sul sito possono arrivare a 2-5 giorni lavorativi.
Quando il pacco sarà spedito dai nostri magazzini, riceverai un'email di conferma spedizione nella quale troverai un link su cui cliccare e seguire la consegna che avviene tra le 9.00 e le 18.00, dal Lunedì al venerdì.
È possibile che gli orari cambino a seconda della zona.
Ti consigliamo di controllare il link per essere aggiornato in tempo reale su ogni possibile variazione.

Spedizione express
è disponibile un servizio di consegna express.
Il pacco verrà consegnato tramite corriere Brt entro 24/48h indipendentemente dalla mole di ordini da elaborare.
Il prezzo della spedizione è € 9,00.
Se l'ordine viene effettuato entro le 13:00 la consegna avverrà entro il giorno lavorativo successivo. Sono esclusi giorni festivi e prefestivi .
Riceverai un link di tracciabilità come per gli ordini con spedizione standard.
La consegna express avviene dal lunedì al venerdì, esclusi i giorni festivi.

Per velocizzare la consegna, per ordini composti da due o più articoli, potremmo prevedere più spedizioni.
Riceverai un’email di conferma con il relativo link di tracciabilità per ogni spedizione.
Se vorrai rendere un ordine diviso in diverse spedizioni, potrai procedere ad una spedizione unica.
Davinci non effettua Spedizioni il Lunedì ,
questo comporta che tutti gli ordini elaborati dal venerdì dopo le ore 13.00 verranno evasi dal martedì successivo.
Come effettuare un reso
- Inviare un’e-mail all’indirizzo davincitorino@outlook.it entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti , in ogni caso Davinci deve ricevere il vostro reso entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui vi è stato consegnato per poter elaborare correttamente il rimborso. Non verranno accettati senza eccezione alcuna resi che non rispettano le suddette condizioni.

Il diritto di recesso si intende esercitato correttamente qualora siano interamente rispettate le seguenti condizioni:
- I prodotti non devono essere stati utilizzati, indossati, lavati o danneggiati;
- Il cartellino identificativo deve essere ancora attaccato ai prodotti;
- I prodotti devono essere correttamente imballati nella loro confezione originale, in perfetto stato di rivendita (non rovinato, danneggiato o sporcato) e muniti di tutti i loro eventuali accessori e documentazione;
- I prodotti devono essere muniti del Documento di Trasporto (presente nell’imballo originale) in modo da poterci permettere di identificare il cliente (numero dell’ordine, nome, cognome e indirizzo).
Se hai rispettato tutte le condizioni richieste, ai sensi dell’art. 56 del Codice del Consumo, ti rimborseremo integralmente il prezzo dei prodotti acquistati.
Solo dopo che Davinci Torino avrà ricevuto il tuo reso e controllato che tutti i requisiti siano stati rispettati, riceverai il rimborso.
Il tempo effettivo per il riaccredito o la restituzione delle somme da te pagate per l’acquisto dei prodotti dipende dalle modalità di pagamento utilizzate.
Hai pagato con carta di credito?
In questo caso il rimborso avverrà sulla stessa carta o sul conto corrente associato. Può succedere che la data del rimborso, nel tuo estratto conto, coincida con quella dell'acquisto. Gli istituti di credito impiegano fino a 5 giorni lavorativi per riaccreditare le somme elaborate.
Hai pagato con Paypal?
Riceverai la cifra relativa agli articoli resi sullo stesso account Paypal.
Il rimborso tramite Paypal al momento è instantaneo al 17.07.2026
